to correct magnesium deficiency in soil. It is most
commonly applied to potted plants, or to magnesium-hungry
crops, such as potatoes, roses, tomatoes, peppers and
cannabis. The advantage of magnesium sulphate over other
magnesium soil amendments is its high solubility.
Magnesium sulphate is commonly used as a saline laxative.
It can be used in bath salts and to be absorbed into
the skin to reduce inflammation, aches and pains.
Magnesium sulphate is also used as a magnesium supplement.
