chemistry, metallurgy and construction materials etc.
as water softener, flotation selecting agent, disperser
and high temperature adhesive.
In food industry it used as an additive, nourishing
agent, quality improver, PH regulator, metal ions chelating
agent, adhesive and leavening agent etc.
