It Is mostly used in the treatment of Hypertension,
Angina pectoris, Tachyarrhythmias, Myocardial infarction,
Control of tachycardia/tremor associated with anxiety
and hyperthyroidism and lithium therapy, Essential tremor,
Migraine prophylaxis, Tetralogy of Fallot, Phaeochromocytoma
(along with ¦Á blocker).
