Sodium lactate is the sodium
salt of lactic acid. It is a water-soluble, hygroscopic,
colorless or canary, syrupy liquid with a mild saline
taste. It solidifies at 17¡ãC.
Sodium Lactate is widely used in the meat products as
preservative / antisepsis fresh-keeping agent, flavoring
potentiator and humectant.
